+2 Glock 43 magazine base plate
I purchase my Glock 43 with several extra magazines. Some of them had this +2 base plate and I liked them.

The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend, and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost in result of tampering with the set screw.

This Taran Tactical Innovations GLOCK base pad is designed for the GLOCK 43. This TTI base pad adds 2 extra rounds to the magazine. We use our patented push pin design to lock the base pad to the magazine, which makes for easy field stripping and cleaning of your magazine. Just push down the pin, slide the base pad on and push the pin up to lock it onto the magazine. Our one piece design is great because there are no extra parts or tools needed to attach the base pad to your magazine. The base pad itself is machined out of billet aluminum and is hard anodized to ensure durable long lasting color. All machining and manufacturing is done in the USA.

I purchase my Glock 43 with several extra magazines. Some of them had this +2 base plate and I liked them.
I purchased the +1 and the +3 for the G43. My mags are brand new, so that may be why it's difficult to get the extra round into the +1. When fully loaded, I cannot insert the mag with the slide fwd and then rack it because the upward pressure from the round in the top of the mag is too much to allow the slide to move freely and chamber a round. Hopefully this will resolve itself over time as the mag spring breaks in. For now I just lock the slide back before inserting the fully loaded mag and then release the slide to chamber the top round. The benefit here is that the +1 only adds 1/8 inch so it's still highly concealable (why I bought the G43) but now with +1 round. The +3 came with a new spring, and it loads and functions without problems immediately after install. I carry this as my spare mag and it functions well with the few times I've used it so far.
