I installed them on my glock 43 magazines. Stock mags are too light and don't always drop free. Problem solved and I get two more rounds in each.

The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend, and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost in result of tampering with the set screw.

We use our patented push pin design to lock the base pad to the magazine, which makes for easy field stripping and cleaning of your magazine. Just push down the pin, slide the base pad on and push the pin up to lock it onto the magazine. Our one piece design is great because there are no extra parts or tools needed to attach the base pad to your magazine. The base pad itself is machined out of billet aluminum and is hard anodized to ensure durable long lasting color. All machining and manufacturing is done in the USA.

Absolutely love my +3 basepad for my Glock 43. I have 2 of them now and they are great! It makes it easier to clean the mags because the Taran Tactical basepads remove easier than the factory basepads. The factory ones are a booger to get off the first time. For those that have complained about not being able to get that last round or 2 in (this happened to me), don't panic just pull the supplied spring out and pinch it together in several locations to compress it some and stick it back in. Problem solved. C'mon guys it's a spring, it's not rocket science. Also don't do like all these knuckleheads do on YouTube that say to tighten that allen screw. DON'T DO THAT! The screw is already torqued perfectly and that pin slides up and down as it should. As long as you are not a complete idiot, then you will love this top notch product. The plus three base pad may not conceal well on your Glock 43 in the liberal tyrannical states, but as for me in Texas, the plus three conceals just fine along with my spare plus three mag on my other hip. If you have at least half a brain in your head, then you will love this product. The other brands don't even compare to Taran Tactical quality. I'm a customer for life.
I only carry Taran Tatical mag extensions on my EDC. I know without a doubt that it will function everytime. I bet my life with these mag extensions, need I say more!!!! Excellent product and quality!!!
