Great Quality Base Pad
For the money there isn't a base pad that beats Taran Tacticals. Great quality and works perfectly with my Glock 43.

The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend, and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost in result of tampering with the set screw.

This Taran Tactical Innovations GLOCK base pad is designed for the GLOCK 43. This TTI base pad adds 2 extra rounds to the magazine. We use our patented push pin design to lock the base pad to the magazine, which makes for easy field stripping and cleaning of your magazine. Just push down the pin, slide the base pad on and push the pin up to lock it onto the magazine. Our one piece design is great because there are no extra parts or tools needed to attach the base pad to your magazine. The base pad itself is machined out of billet aluminum and is hard anodized to ensure durable long lasting color. All machining and manufacturing is done in the USA.

The +2 base plates are a great addition to my Glock 43!!! With my bear paws I now get a FULL purchase on the gun, 2 e tea rounds, and the Glock 43 is still extremely concealable!!!! Plus they look cool!!! I could not ask for anything more!!!!
This is a high quality mag extension, but I was unaware of the design change from the original +2. I have learned since receiving this extension that the first +2 design was much shorter in length. I could have bought 4 of the Strike Industries extensions which are the same length for the price of this one. TTI Rep: I am sorry that you did not look at the product picture before purchasing the TTI basepad. how is the function, installation and overall quality? LT
