This Taran Tactical Innovations M&P Shield base pad works on any full sized M&P Shield 9mm and 40 S&W handguns. This TTI base pad does add a little extra weight to the magazine which helps the empty mag drop free easier for faster reloads. This TTI M&P base pad, just like all of our base pads, is designed to give you the edge over your adversaries. The base pad is machined out of aircraft aluminum and is hard anodized to ensure durable long lasting color. All machining and manufacturing is done in the USA.

Easy to install fantastic quality and they work what else is there to say?
A friend of mine asked me to find him a mag extension for his .40 S&M Shield. I bought him this one from Taran Tactical and it works without any issues and the quality and craftsmanship is great. It takes about 2 minutes to install if you take your time and clean out the old magazine a little.... I only wish they had a +2 for the .40 cal. Comes in handy at the range. Thanks, Jimmy Hahn
These bumpers offer a smooth transition between the grip and the bumper. The only issue I have encountered is that they do not work well on the 7 round mag. The mag will not go up into the mag well far enough to engage.
