Love it! I was told it would not cover the finger notched frame on early G17 Gen 3's, but it does. It covers it 99%. Seats well and no gaps all the way around. Very Happy! I added +3 rd base pads, a perfect match as the weight balances the firearm out well. And a TTI carbon fiber striker plate. My G34 is next! Thank you TTI
I’ve shot USPSA Limited for some time though never considered a magwell. Not one to experience reload issues I wasn’t entirely sold on the idea. Until I spotted the Ultimate Full Size Carry Magwell. Though minimal in design, this add-on has markedly improved my G34 mag changes. I use both +3 and +5 base pads. Each allows the mag to seat firmly. There’s even a small indentation to accommodate the base pad locking pins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone not wanting a larger magwell. Worth every penny.
