Functions as expected, very well made and looks great. Makes the gun fit good in hand. Overall very happy with this product and would not hesitate to buy it again.
I already own a ZEV magwell and bought this one to test and see the differences. First thing to see is that it is a bit smaller than the ZEV, which will help if concealed carry with full size G17+full size magwell, second, it has a small cut in the front that takes your small finger in to make it as comfortable as ever. The ZEV has it too but is smaller and goes wider in the front. The third and final thing is that the Taran base pad pin won't hit on the magwell as they have all ready predicted that and won't need to cut the pin, in addition with the ZEV. Go on and buy that thing. P.S.: if a hand stippling is done on the hand grip, it might need to be smoothned a bit on the lower section for perfect fit. If laser stippling is done, no problem.
