I was at first a bit sceptical for the price. But was very happy I went with taran tactical. Mag well fit really snug no gaps no rattles. Only works with there mag but plates but those are awesome as well. Very comfortable and easy to locate for perfect mag changes.
I installed this on a 5" m&p 2.0 that I'm modifying for competition use. The fit is prefect. It's well designed and very sturdy. It was easy to install and it works very well. If you're looking for a high quality magwell that is built to take some abuse, this is a good choice.
This Magwell functions just as well as it looks. Mags go in super easy, it adds a little more comfort to the grip, and it’s just enough to not look like it’s too much. It’s very well made and solid. The color compliments the pistol. Only downside is that the stock base magazine’s will not fit with this Magwell. However, this Magwell makes the Taran Mag Extension look and function even better. I did have a small issue with the fitting at first. The customer service I received was over the top. Fast responses and took care of me immediately.
