This was an upgrade to my wife's .40. She didn't think she needed it but after upgrading my Glock17, I decided she did. I surprised her with it and yes of course she found it was a big improvement. If you don't think it will be worth it, stop thinking and just do it. Makes a big difference.
This was a tremendous improvement to my OEM trigger, and a impressive savings, compared to the alternative of purchasing very expensive trigger assemblies. " BUT" check the connector closely. I purchased two kits. One for my Gen 4 19, and one for my Gen 4 23. One connector rode tight to the trigger mechanism housing, which caused trigger problem, and slide to lock on frame, when reassembled. This is a problem other reviewers noted. I had to remove the back plate on slide and remove firing pin to get slide off the frame. I should have checked this before installation. The way to solve this problem, is to compare the difference between the factory connector, and the new one. I had to bend new connector out slightly to solve this issue. DO NOT attempt to bend while in trigger mechanism housing, as you will break the housing. Other than this small adjustment, trigger operates flawlessly.
