First TTI Base pad I have purchased. The only reason I gave it four stars was it was unclear if I needed to buy the spring separately. So I did and ended up with an extra. NBD
* The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend, and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost in result of tampering with the set screw*

This Taran Tactical base pad is extremely versatile as it is designed to work on multiple types of magazines. We are currently discovering the full list of magazines that this base pad will be compatible with, as for now we can confirm that the following are compatible - Mec-Gar Beretta M9/92FS 18rd 9mm magazines, Sig Sauer's NEW P365-XMACRO 17 round 9mm magazine & Sig Sauer P226 15 round 9mm magazine, Walther PDP 18rd 9mm magazine, Canik TP-9 & Rival 18rd 9mm magazines. The beveled edge on this base pad is designed to clear most shapes and sizes of magwells. With this simple upgrade to your magazine, you can add anywhere from three to five rounds to your total carrying capacity depending on your configuration. The added weight from this base pad will also help the magazine eject faster and easier during reloads.

Purchased a couple of these for my Canik TP9SFX. Great addition to a magazine. These look sharp and are easy to install. Much easier than Glock pistol magazines. Note that the retention pin is on the bullet side of the magazine, not the primer side (like most other TTI extensions). By the way, TTI customer service is top notch.
