shotgun magazine tubes do get dirty even more so if suppressed shooting because of back pressure, and or reloads these followers just keep on working , I got 'em for all my shotguns

This is a definite improvement over the plastic factory follower. I would highly recommend buying this.
Not much to say but buy it. I like to change mine from plastic to metal and this one won out. I installed it in an m4 clone.
