Feels very durable and has a nice tough finish to it. I ordered for my glock 19 and fits very snug and easy to install with it being one solid piece. The magwell is slim enough to conceal carry but adds just enough room for quicker reloads. Same quality as an agency arms magwell but for a better price. Would definitely buy another one.
I carry my Glock 23 on and off-duty and wanted a magwell that could give my every second that I need to protect myself and others. This tool fit and adapted extremely well with 200 rounds discharged without any issues during tactical reloads.
You really have to hand it to Taran and his engineers on this project. When approached with the idea of coming out with a carry maxwell for the Glock 19 they listened to what others told them about the shortcomings with the other magwells on the market. The kept and improved the good aspects of the others, but best of all fixed all the shortcomings of the others and got the TTI maxwell right. I have one on my Glock 19 and Glock 32. I've run stock and aftermarket mags with no problems. I did have the seating problem with the California 10-round mags but that was an easy fix with a TTI +0 basepad. Installation was fast and easy and best of all it's a one piece design so no screws holding the magwell to the plug to come loose. This is another high quality product that we've come to expect from Taran and TTI.
