2. What documents do I need to apply to become a dealer? To apply, you will need the following documents:

  • General Requirements: A valid reseller’s permit for purchasing parts and accessories.
  • Firearms & Gunsmithing Services: A current Federal Firearms License (FFL).
  • National Firearms Act (NFA) Items: A valid Special Occupational Taxpayers License (SOT).
  • Additional Permits: If applicable, a high-capacity magazine permit.

3. How do I start the application process?

You can start the application process by clicking the “Begin Application” button on our Become a Dealer page. This will guide you through filling out the form and uploading the necessary documents.

4. How long does it take to review my application?

Once you have submitted your application and all required documents, the review process typically takes up to two weeks. You will receive an email notification about the status of your application.
