Returns/Cancellations

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that ALL FIREARMS, GUNSMITHING, AMMUNITION, and OPTIC SALES ARE FINAL.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we invest time and incur real costs at the time you place your order and during the preparation of every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships and at the time the order is placed by the Buyer and/or User of this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying a 10% Order Cancellation Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason before your order is submitted for processing. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to cover Third Party and other costs out of our control.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying an 18% Restocking Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason after your order is submitted for processing. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until returned product has been received and processed. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to cover Third Party and other costs out of our control.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that requests to cancel an order must be emailed to customerservice@tarantactical.com and are not approved or valid until confirmation is given in writing from TaranTactical.com and/or its assignees. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that order cancellation requests are only processed on Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm excluding holidays. We make every effort to process requests within 5-10 business days. Holiday periods and/or currently running sales may increase processing times.

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to pay the Order Cancellation Fee of (10% on orders placed but not yet processed) or (18% on orders placed and submitted for processing) plus any shipping, return fees, or any other associated charges if you choose to Cancel your existing Placed Order.

 

We only accept returns on items that have been purchased through TaranTacticalInnovations.com.

A few things to note:

  • After we issue a refund, it can take 5-10 business days to see a credit minus shipping back to your original form of payment.
  • If you purchase an item during a sale, or if you use a coupon code you will receive a refund based on the sale price. NOT full retail.
  • If you'd like to exchange a product, you'll need to complete the returns process, and NOT place a new order. If you place a new order, the initial order will receive a credit card processing fee for the refund issued.

To send an item in for an exchange or return:

As long as you meet the requirements listed above, you may send the item(s) back to us.Please contact customer service at Taran Tactical to initiate a return. Please include a note inside your return/exchange package stating your contact information, and why you are sending the item back. Please address the package as follows 'Attn: Return/Exchange. 98 W Cochran St Unit C. Simi Valley, CA 93065'

  • * A refund will NOT be issued for a damaged magazine body *
  • All Firearm Sales Are FINAL.

Refunds

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that ALL FIREARMS, GUNSMITHING, AMMUNITION, and OPTIC SALES ARE FINAL.

Buyer and/or User acknowledges and agrees that items eligible for refund must be returned with proof of purchase, in original manufacturer packaging, and in unused condition, within 10 Days of receipt of product. All returned items will be inspected prior to the processing of any refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds take within 5-10 business days to process.

If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

  1. Check the account of your original payment method.
  2. If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and Taran Tactical Innovations, LLC does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.
  3. When steps 1 & 2 do not answer your concerns to your satisfaction, please contact us at customerservice@tarantactical.com.

Exchanges

We will only exchange new & unused items in their original packaging with additional shipping paid for by the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@Tarantactical.com. Please see above/below for shipping information.

Returning or Exchanging Gifts

Products received as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser. All returns or exchanges must be new & unused still in their original packaging. Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds. Please see above/below for shipping information.

* No returns or exchanges will be accepted for stripped set screws, unless otherwise proven to be a manufacturing defect. *

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Taran Tactical Innovations, LLC does not independently insure return shipments.

How to Return Products For Exchange/Return

If you need to return products in accordance with our policy, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the product(s) appropriately and use a traceable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Do you refund the shipping cost if I return product?

We may cover the shipping cost and provide a return label if the order is deemed damaged/faulty(pictures required). Please contact ​us at info@tarantactical.com for assistance!

May I ​receive a refund if the price has changed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your kind understanding!

What happens to my refund if my card account is closed?

We are​ very sorry for the issue! At this point, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order. If the card account is closed, we may offer a store credit for the cost of your purchase.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Taran Tactical will not be responsible for: 

  • Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use. 
  • Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified Taran Tactical gunsmith following the proper procedures.
  • Criminal Misuse or Negligence. 

Product & Accessories: Taran Tactical offers a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser up to a YEAR, from date of purchase, for Taran Tactical product & accessories.

Some things that will VOID your warranty include: Re-Anodizing our product, Sand Blasting, or tightening/loosening the set screw on our magazine extensions. If you think you voided the warranty, please contact us for further evaluation.

* PLEASE NOTE: Some issues are subject to rejection and a reason will be given upon inspection of the item in question. *
