Taran Tactical Innovations Dealer Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Taran Tactical Innovations Dealer Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our dealer network and the use of our products, services, and website. By applying to become a dealer and participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the dealer program.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to become a dealer, you must:
- Possess a valid business license & reseller’s permit at all times.
- Hold a Federal Firearms License (FFL) if dealing with firearms.
- Have a Special Occupational Taxpayers License (SOT) if dealing with National Firearms Act (NFA) items.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale and distribution of firearms and related products.
3. Application and Approval
- You must submit a completed dealer application form and provide all required documentation.
- Approval of your application is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.
- We reserve the right to terminate the dealer agreement at any time, at our sole discretion, without providing any reason.

5. Pricing and Payments
- Dealers are entitled to exclusive pricing as described in the dealer pricing documentation, which may be amended from time to time.

6. Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue products without notice.
7. Compliance with Laws
- Dealers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the sale and distribution of firearms.
- Dealers must ensure that they do not export our products to territories where they are prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on products are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Taran Tactical Innovations and its affiliates.
9. Termination
- We may terminate your dealer status under this program at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, failure to follow our policies, or any action that jeopardizes our legal standing.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Taran Tactical Innovations will not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising from your participation in the dealer program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the dealer program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association and will take place in a mutually agreed location.
