Mag well doesn’t add too much bulk, I appendix carry and this doesn’t make it print any more or less. Wanted a mag well as my pinky normally half hangs off the grip, with this my pinky doesn’t half hang and it almost feels like my grip is pushed higher on the grip. Using it on a Glock 19 gen 5 mos, so there is no cut out on mine and fits nicely. Holster I’m using is a tier 1 holster with the elastic band connecting the holster and spare mag for those who are wondering.
This is a good product with no defects or imperfections. Kind of a simple look compared to the few others currently on the market but still looks great on the gun. The one thing I’m a little upset about is the helix coil for the mounting screw instead of a tapped hole, I don’t trust helix coils. The screw design is great, unlike others currently on the market the screw is recessed so you don’t feel it at all when you grip the gun. As for extra “flair” it doesn’t really add any extra ease of loading in my opinion compared to the factory mag well with the exception of coving up the half moon in front and plugging the grip hole. All in all I’d recommend, I’ll probably get more for other Glocks.
