JW4 Pit Viper
I have purchased all the John Wick guns in every movie. The Pit Viper is by far my favorite gun. Not just because it’s a John Wick gun. It has the smoothest slide action I have ever felt in my life. Then you have the innovation of adding a compensator where the front sight is fixed to. So the front sight is mounted on the barrel. Which always makes the gun more accurate. There is know way I can explain everything that is amazing on this gun. I own many Taran guns. This one takes the cake. I don’t shoot the John Wick guns. So I purchased the Sand Viper from Taran Tactical and it’s the same gun just in tan and has a Trijicon SRO red dot. It is the most accurate gun I have ever shot. The compensator makes a huge difference in recoil and cuts the recoil flip down by 50%. I have Nighthawks,Wilson Combat,Ed Brown and Staccato pistols. I am selling all my Nighthawks,Wilson Combat and Ed Brown pistols and I own many of each of them. They don’t even come close to any of the Taran pistols. The The Taran pistols start on the Staccato pistols but completely customize it. I do love all my Staccato pistols. They shoot great and you get a lot more for your money if you look at any other custom double stack guns. With saying that they still can’t be what the Taran double stack 2011’s. So if your thinking of buying a custom 2011 9mm. Don’t look any farther. Sell guns save money. Just purchase any one of the Taran Tactical guns. Yes I know they are not cheap to purchase. But you have to think about the time it took to design engineer and trouble shoot the gun. Then how many hours of machining and fit and finish a gun this well made. This applies to every Taran Tactical gun. Remember the owner is one of the greatest competition shooters there is. So it takes what he has learned from that and then makes every gun better. I do not work for Taran I don’t get paid or given any products for this review. This is my review and has not been influenced in any way. If you don’t believe me watch Joe Rogan shoot this gun at Taran it was his first time seeing and shooting it. Look at at his bullet groups on the steel for his first time shooting it. If that doesn’t make you think about getting one then nothing will. I can shoot amazingly good groups at even 50 yards. I don’t need any of my pistol caliber carbines. When you can shoot groups that good at 50 yards you don’t need a PCC. I have many PCC guns but when you have a gun that large and you can have a pistol that can do the same groups.why bother. Plus I have tried 8 different brands of ammunition and bullet weights as well as self defense rounds. They all shoot as well and and no failure to feed or extract. Well worth the price and wait time. Hope this review helps some of you out.
