Item was a perfect fit on Sig firearms with rear pic rail. The adapter was very well finished to exacting tolerances. However, it did not fit well third party pic adapters. Also, the pic block retaining screw did break upon very little pressure. The issue was not catastrophic, but as with other Tarn products, we recommend a cautionary note regarding these issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied with product.
