Adds 1 extra round to the magazine, takes very little modifying to make it run all rounds smoothly. Highly recommend these for USPSA!!!
I don't get it

The follower seems well made and locks nicely into the TTI spring. The thinness of the follower allows me to load an extra round into the magazine. However, the slide always locks back with one round still in the magazine. It never loads the last round. As a result, I have one extra round in the magazine, but cannot shoot that extra round.
TTI Rep: To use the last round you will need to grind down your slide stop. Grinding down your slide lock will make the last round usable. But now the slide will not lock back, you will need to count every round that you are shooting and reload before running the gun empty. LT
