My AR was short-stroking because the factory spring was too heavy. The weapon would eject the spent case, but the BCG would not go back far enough to pick up the next round. It wasn't because of a gas issues or any other issue I could find. So I bought this spring, popped it in, and the weapon has been properly cycling after every shot. I've only put a few hundred rounds through my AR since I change the spring out, but I haven't had a single cycling issue!
Paired the spring with the Taccom lightweight buffer, Whiskey Arms lightweight aluminum bolt carrier, and adjustable gas block. Softest shooting AR I have ever shot!
