Love them!
Firstly, I need to recognize the CS team at Taran Tactical. These were shipped then shipped back and shipped again during a Hurricane where I lost power and had damage. They called me to make sure I was safe, they checked on me, they made sure the labels were received and got my stuff to me with no hassle. No bots, just good people CALLING and emailing and chatting. I have the upmost respect for the customer service team at Taran Tactical. Something is right about this organization from the top down, or else it doesn’t flow like that. I’ve worked in corporate long enough to know. These products and people are amazing. I only wish I could meet them in person, look them in the eyes and shake their hands and say thanks and shoot at their range. But I’m on the wrong coast. Anyways the product slips on like butter, as expected, top notch product from top notch people. Sometimes in CS, you don’t know what being a decent human can do for someone’s day or someone who hasn’t been around good people for some time. I have sang your praises already, but it’s only right to do it again, because you also didn’t know it was a day after the 2 year anniversary of my fathers death (FBI 25 years/HRT swat/Tallahassee PD during Bundy). So, if you knew what taking a stress away from someone prone to panic attacks(if you’d call them that) on days like that means. You guys are the best! Thank you, Steven Kelly and Underdog Tactical Defense. One day I’ll be able to buy a wick gun from you and repay the kindness!
