Will work on any full size Glock.
The connector alone will not reduce the pull of the trigger by much. It will how ever give you a nice clean and more predictable trigger break.

I had to replace my connector after the stock oem plating came off my oem - connector. The TTI connector has a much better fit and finish than the oem. The trigger pull and reset are nearly identical as well. It is ever so slightly more smooth than the oem -.
