The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend, and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost in result of tampering with the set screw.
*Both extensions will be compatible with Glock 45 9mm firearms as well as Glock 19X firearms. Product has only been tested out with Glock OEM magazines*

I purchased two +5/6 and one +3/4 mag bases. The +3/4 held 3 more rounds and one of the +5/6 only held 4 more rounds. I took it apart and ensured that the follower was the right direction etc., multiple times and it would NOT allow that 5th round in there. It also skinned some of the edge of the bottom of the mags off and now I do feel that the mags will never go back, or more likely ever be able to go back to being a stock mag again. I didn't like the small strip of plastic hanging out from the edge of the new base pad and the mag--OCD I guess. Either way, they function well and required a little umph to get on, but they are on and drop free as they should and have held up to a few days of training well. The cerakote appears to be a one-coat job as small scratches reveal the aluminum underneath which is not at all a complaint, just an observation, but the reason for the only 4 stars is they are pricey and not allowing the capacity stated for whatever reason won't allow me a 5th star. Overall as far as function, they rock. I will be getting some of their AR mag base plates in the near future.
Exceptional base pads. I cerakote paint and was able to used the base pads in some of my finishes product photos. The colors that the pads come in really accentuated the photos. High quality and extremely stable on the magazines. It helped with my Taran tactical oversized mag well for my Glock 34 to be able to insert the mags more efficiently.
