New policy for Gunsmithing & Completed firearm purchases as of 2023 : Taran Tactical Innovations will grant up to one week after the order is placed to amend and modify build orders. After one week all build orders will be locked in permanently. All sales are final.

When shipping a firearm in for Gunsmithing work, please send the package addressed, ATTN Coordinator : 98 W Cochran St Unit A, Simi Valley CA, 93065 Include a photo copy of your drivers license, as well as a copy of your invoice in with your firearm. If there is no invoice for the firearm or notes referring to your transaction, we will send it back to the return address the same day we receive it.
* If shipping a firearm from an FFL(Federal Firearms License): We will need the California Firearm Shipment Approval Letter (FSA). If you need to create one, you can do so at: https://cflc.doj.ca.gov/. Please contact us for our CFD number. Please send the FSA via email to: Firearmsshipping@TaranTactical.com. Please let me know if you need any further information from us, and thank you for your time. FFL - If you cannot provide an FFL license for the location you would like your firearm sent to, please include the name/phone number of the FFL owner or gun store so we may obtain a copy for you

These guys are legit. I did not experience any problems with customer service. They communicated well through the entire process. They had a long turn around time but that is to be expected. I have no problem paying a premium price for a premium product. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
I got home from being deployed in Iraq and was really excited about shooting my pistol. Got home and had a couple of things to do before I got the opportunity to go t the range. But when I finally got to go and fire the first magazine out of my Combat Master Glock 34. FREAKING AMAZING. That's about the best words I can use here on a review that's PG enough for all reading this review. I have shot a lot of Glocks and a lot of different pistols in my years. But TTI's modifications that they've done to my 34. AMAZING. It shoots so soft and flat. I love it. I am contemplating on sending in my 17 to receive the Combat Master package also. That is how much I believe in TTI's work and their product. All my friends think I'm crazy for the dollar amount that I spent on this. Until they shoot it. Then they're having thoughts about sending theirs in also. GREAT WORK TTI. You have a customer for life. Keep it rolling and keep innovating the best products on the market.
Wow is all I can say, the pictures on the web site do not do this pistol justice. When you hold it in your hands and see the quality of work it makes the six month wait worth it. I did a full build on my 17L and it is more than I expected, the trigger is amazing it shoots very smooth and gets a lot of attention at the range.
