Perfect addition to round out a G19
I absolutely love this magwell. First and foremost, it’s actually available for the Gen5 (not to call out any specific companies, but it seems Gen5 stuff isn’t always a priority). The aluminum will certainly hold up for years, and the price point is bang on. Functionally, it’s superb. It consistently funnels mags, so the occasional sloppy reload is less noticeable. A secondary benefit of the magwell is grip retention. The magwell pushes my firing hand up on the grip and eliminates the “will they, won’t they” feeling I can get from the G19 grip. Even though the G19 has a much larger grip footprint than say a G26, I often felt like my hand was hanging off the bottom. In sum, this magwell assists in both reloads and grip; for me this is a win-win. Buy it, I have a feeling you won’t regret it. *Small side note, I had stippled my grip down to the bottom long before finding this magwell. Just be aware of slight fitting if your glock is in similar shape. No big deal for me though! Little dremel action and smooth seas ahead they were!
