slightly confused from a whiskey induced order but...
The Gen 3 G17L longslide guide rod looks to be the perfect length which is extended to the end and shows the end of the rod just under the muzzle of the barrel. This is roughly an inch longer than the G34/G35. However the G34 "Oversized" as advertised here is not the same as "extended" in terms of length and should be grouped with the TT G35 Rod in this ad meaning G34/35 not 17/34... Slightly ambiguous enough for me to order a useless part for my application. I did not want a shorter G17 Guide Rod to put in my G34. The Glock Store spells this out correctly and is the same exact guide rod but more money and comes with a choice of flatwire springs. More of an FYI for those of you wanting extended guide rods. I have to own this mistake but ads need to spell out things more clearly. A G22/G17 are the same length roughly 3/4" shorter than a G34/35 and should be grouped as such not by caliber but by length with imho.
