Lighter springs will help reduce muzzle dip as the slide returns to battery after each shot. Less muzzle dip gives the shooter the ability to make faster and more accurate followup shots.
If you select Gen 4/5, an adapter will be provided for proper fitment.
Glock 17/34/22/35 Gen 5 guide rods are a different length, please make sure you select the proper model upon purchase.
Springs are selected per model to ensure safe and efficient cycling. Spring rates per model are as follows:

I added this to a Glock 34 Gen 5 MOS which I decided to trick out as a competition pistol. Excellent performance upgrade. So far I've tested it with my 124gr reloads and there's a noticeable reduction in the forward recoil impulse.
With a red dot on the G34 gen5 MOS, I was getting muzzle dip when the slide went back into battery. I guess it was the extra mass of the dot. The stainless guide rod and 14lb spring corrected for that.
