Better than expected
I bought the Benelli M2 Custom Shop 3gun M2 and love it, but felt a few things needed some work, especially the safety and trigger. I didn’t feel like dumpling $200+ in a new trigger/hammer/sear setup, so I decided to tack this spring kit onto my safety button order and I’m glad I did. Changing springs won’t change your pull distance or reset significantly, but the trigger pull is notably lighter. A shotgun is never going to be a match rifle with a crisp 2 stage trigger, but I prefer the trigger with the upgrades springs. As far as the recoil spring, I don’t notice a significant difference. It may be a bit lighter, but not so much that the bolt bottoms out on the receiver.
