Excellent customer service
I wrote a review of this rod because I had a problem with it. I was not expecting a follow up from anyone. I received a call the next day asking what had happened and how they could help me out. I guess I had experienced a rare malfunction in the Gen 5 spring adapter. The fact that I received a call and offered a opportunity to have my product replaced was exceptional service. I have never had anything but great results from TTI. I was recommended this guide rod at a class by Robert Vogel. He said he used the TTI guide rod with an 11 lbs spring.Thank you TTI for your excellent customer service and for your cutting edge products.
