Lighter springs will help reduce muzzle dip as the slide returns to battery after each shot. Less muzzle dip gives the shooter the ability to make faster and more accurate followup shots.
If you select Gen 4/5, an adapter will be provided for proper fitment.
Glock 17/34/22/35 Gen 5 guide rods are a different length, please make sure you select the proper model upon purchase.
Springs are selected per model to ensure safe and efficient cycling. Spring rates per model are as follows:

I love this product. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 like I usually do when ordering from TTI this time is that the spring feels like it is heavier than the ones I have received before (harder to rack the slide than previous ones I have gotten). This makes me think perhaps it is for a higher caliber rather than a 9mm. But this is still a great product and an amazing company.
I had to shave a few hundredths of an inch off the diameter of the rod to accept ISMI springs. It would be nice if this info was included in the description. 14lbs is too light for shooting +p ammo with a 17L slide that has been lightened considerably. Other than that it does end at the slide with proper clearance for a comp or suppressor.
Performs very well with noticeable change to overall muzzle movement. Would be nice if it were one piece encapsulated to avoid losing the retainer when a expeditious field strip is necessary during a match.
