Had seen a video on the rod n spring not working with an RMR, NOT TRUE! It works just fine, fine enough to carry on duty.

Lighter springs will help reduce muzzle dip as the slide returns to battery after each shot. Less muzzle dip gives the shooter the ability to make faster and more accurate followup shots.
If you select Gen 4/5, an adapter will be provided for proper fitment.
Glock 17/34/22/35 Gen 5 guide rods are a different length, please make sure you select the proper model upon purchase.
Springs are selected per model to ensure safe and efficient cycling. Spring rates per model are as follows:

Item was excellent. Allowed the Glock gen 5 to completely cycle hen firing frangible rounds. Easy to install. The customer service reps are great. Helped me with selecting the item and assisted me with answering all my questions. Will definitely order from TTI again.
Got this for a g19. The slide racks very easily now and I can change my spring weights very easily now. I didn't really think I needed this,but decided to give it a try and it was well worth it! I used this guide rod and spring,TTI sights,TTI grandmaster kit,and +5 base pad and my gen3 19 is amazing! I thought I loved my 19 before all the TTI goodies,but now thanks to TTI I know know what true love is...lol
