This charging handle is definitely an improvement over the more compact stock CH. I can definitely feel a smoother, easier movement when charging the gun now. The CH and the extended bolt release are definitely handy to have, and I don't miss the original parts at all. It's not just useless flashy crap. Each attachment you buy from TTI will only give you a improved firearm.
